About the role

The Tortilleria Clerk position at the Fiesta Mart store located at 3460 Webb Chapel Rd., Dallas, Texas, 75220, is seeking candidates who can provide excellent customer service, love their community, and enjoy food.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to customers.
• Clean, fill, and rotate tortilla displays.
• Aid in making a variety of tortillas and masa for the department under supervision.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write Spanish/English.
• Interact with general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate (preferred).
