About the role
The ideal candidate will oversee all USD 501 ministries, build and lead a team, and develop a culture of outreach and discipleship within the USD 501 community.
Responsibilities
- Raise financial support
- Recruit and train volunteer leaders
- Interact with the USD 501 Young Life committee
- Lead the USD 501 Young Life staff toward a unified vision of ministry in the district
- Communicate with staff, donors, volunteers, and students
- Complete various administrative tasks

- Deep love for Jesus
- Heart for those who aren’t following Jesus
- Emotional maturity
- Ability to build and lead a team
- College degree preferred
