Prepper-Polisher

Robinson Helicopter Company is seeking a Prepper-Polisher in their Paint Department, reporting to the Manager of Paint Operations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position available for both 1st and 2nd shifts. The 2nd shift offers an 8% shift differential additional to the base pay rate.

• Able to understand manufacture mixing instructions
• Understand the parts and functions of a spray gun
• Use of gravity feed spray gun
• Color match and blend when required
• Repair (minor) dents
• Spray polyurethane basecoat/pearls
• Use of pressure feed gun with 2 quart pressure pot
• Properly setup 2 quart pressure pot for spraying
• Setup fluid delivery, check paint temp, proper spraying technique

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in aircraft or paint shop
• Full compliance with the Company’s DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program
• Regular and predictable attendance
