Responsibilities

• Bench Repair, Assembly, and Machinery Up-Keep
• Layout, Die Repair, and Inspection
• Press Troubleshooting and Tooling Design
• Quality Control
• Die and/or Fixture Building
• Welding and Heat Treating

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (post-high school tooling/machining program preferred)
• Good organizational skills
• Intermediate proficiency in computer operations
• High integrity and honesty
• Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, diagrams, requirements, and business correspondence
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts as appropriate
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Knowledge of safe and proficient use of lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, and saws
