Job Responsibilities

• Education and/or Experience:
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Post high school tooling/machining program preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in computer operations.
• Must exhibit high integrity and honesty.
• Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, diagrams, requirements and business correspondences.
• Apply advanced mathematical concepts as appropriate.
• To define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Knowledge of safe and proficient use of lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses and saws.
• Must be proficient in bench repair, assembly, machinery up-keep, layout, die repair, inspection, press troubleshooting, tooling design, quality control, die and/or fixture building, welding and heat treating.
• Physical Demands:
• General factory environment.
• Works around moving machinery and heavy equipment.
