About the role

Construction Superintendent with a background in semiconductor tool install coordination. Candidate will have experience performing construction coordination within an operating wafer manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with trades contractors and provide field coordination and oversite to meet client schedule and deliverables
  • Manage client expectations and needs in client-facing roles
  • Manage semiconductor tool install scopes of work
  • Work with A&E firms, reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool hook up
  • Work in cross-matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and 3rd party representatives

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to tool install and progressive build scopes of work
  • Construction Management or Engineering degrees highly encouraged
  • Experience working directly with trades contractors and providing field coordination and oversite to meet client schedule and deliverables
  • Experience working in client-facing roles, managing client expectations and needs
  • Experience managing semiconductor tool install scopes of work
  • Familiarity working with A&E firms, reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool hook up
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Displayed ability to learn quickly with an internal drive to broaden intellectual knowledge base
  • Comfortable working in cross-matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and 3rd party representatives
  • Must be onsite Monday–Friday during core hours (6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.), with some flexibility to work Saturdays when needed
  • Field mobility including walking long distances, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Must pass background check and drug screening and be fully authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This is an on-site position requiring work to be performed on the client site located in Manassas, VA.
