Tool Crib Management Support - 1st Shift

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:15 AM – 2:15 PM. Overtime as business needs require.

Pay

Starting pay: $21.70/hour. Pay range: $21.70 – $27.35.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional communication to complete tasks
• Effective teamwork
• Provide summaries to leadership
• Serve as administrative liaison within and outside the company for purchasing, personnel, facilities, logistics, and operations
• Coordinate customer visits
• Assist in budget preparation and control activities
• Assist in basic scheduling tasks
• Proficient use of spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and email tools

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to perform repetitive operations
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Requirements

• Experience with purchasing, inventory, or buying systems
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Excel)

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (preferred)
• At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing or inventory management
• Experience with Nextgen or Coupa (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• 2 years of related administrative support experience
