Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Comply with all company Safety and Security policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment, Job Safety Analysis, and Take 5 Safety initiatives.
- Report injuries, accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions to a Manager or Supervisor immediately.
- Assembly and Disassembly of equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Follow all Quality Procedures for the Preservation, Packaging, and Storage of Products.
- Adhere to on-call/off-call work schedule, being available on short notice around the clock and on-call week.
- Carry out daily activities with the Supervisor and/or Manager to ensure the quality and quantity of work meet performance expectations as set by Management.
- Participate in training and cross-training within other areas to utilize labor efficiently and to prevent downtime or disruption to operations.
- Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
- Ensure that service tool components are cleaned, oil-dipped, soft-assembled, and properly staged.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of tool baskets.
- Perform pressure testing on various tools per SOP’s.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry with Tool Assembly experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the operation of forklift, H.P. test pump, and hydraulic press; Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance; Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safe operations; Basic math skills; Computer skills needed for data entry and reporting; Understanding written statements in work-related documents; Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
