Tool and Die

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating staff and resources for projects.
• Support the maintenance of inventory records.
• Aid in compliance documentation upkeep.
• Assist in basic engineering tasks and part modifications.
• Aid in monitoring and organizing die storage.
• Avoid material research and specification.
• Aid in interpreting shop prints.
• Learn to operate lift trucks and maintain equipment.
• Follow spill prevention protocols.
• Avoid maintaining organized die inventory.
• Avoid recommending alternatives for missing or damaged tooling.
• Avoid supporting liner fit-up for production.
• Avoid performing other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Basic understanding of coordination and project support.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Interest in mechanical systems and problem-solving.
• Basic computer skills, with a willingness to learn Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to read and write in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Forklift operation experience.
