Pay
Starting pay ranges from $11/hour to $19/hour based on education and experience:
- $11/hour for candidates with a high school education and little experience.
- $13/hour with a Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate.
- Up to $18-19/hour for candidates with more education or experience.

Responsibilities
- Keep children safe and engaged during play, learning, and daily routines.
- Lead fun activities that help kids develop cognitively, physically, and socially.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and volunteers.
- Monitor children's health needs and provide assistance as required.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a fingerprint background check.
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting is strongly preferred.
- Patience, compassion, and creativity for working with young children.
