Toddler Teacher

Responsibilities

- Lead daily classroom routines for children ages 12–24 months - Support language development and early social interaction - Assist with diapering, meals, and rest-time transitions - Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment - Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities - Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates - Collaborate with teaching team members and leadership

Requirements

- High school diploma required - Prior childcare experience required - Experience working with toddlers preferred - Strong teamwork and communication skills

Qualifications

- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements

Location: The Learning Experience – Gainesville, VA

Pay: $17–$20 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
