About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with children and their families in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll provide training).
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience, treating members like family.
• Ensure the gym and lobby area are kept clean and disinfected.
• Host parties for kids, providing a fun and engaging environment for both kids and parents.
• Work flexible hours, including late nights.
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a sense of confidence in children.
• Engage with children and their families to build lasting relationships.

Requirements

• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD
• Totally open to being a goofball and loving to celebrate kid's success.
• Experience in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is helpful.
• Loved by both kids and parents.
• Voted most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates.
• Capable of balancing fun with work responsibilities.
• Help children gain confidence and develop skills through movement-based learning and imaginative play.
