Responsibilities
- Opportunity to plan and implement engaging curricula
- Communicate with parents through various means
- Develop relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Handle lifting and moving of children as needed
- Participate in professional development opportunities
Requirements
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) certification preferred
- One to two years of relevant experience
- Successfully completed state-required pre-service training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and properly lift infants into and out of cribs (for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers)
