TMZ News Desk Intern - Fall 2026

About the role

TMZ is the leading source for celebrity and entertainment news. We're seeking energetic, motivated students with a passion for celebrity news to join our Fall Internship Program.

Responsibilities

• Work with the assignment desk staff and assist with organizational projects, research, calling sources (with prior approval), and other general news-gathering duties.

Requirements

• Be available for the entire internship session, from October 2026 – December 2026.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, in the form of two or more 10-hour days per week.
• Be comfortable with a work shift which begins at 6:00AM.
• Have a demonstrated knowledge of the area(s) of interest as reflected in their field of study, course work, and/or professional/internship experiences.
• Be in their junior or senior year of college.

Benefits

• Paid internship.

Pay

$18.42 per hour.

Schedule

Work shifts beginning at 6:00AM.
