News Intern (Fall 2026)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our WTOV News team. This is an unpaid internship.

Requirements

• Be enrolled at a four-year accredited college or university
• Be planning and preparing for a job in broadcast or digital media
• Be highly motivated, dedicated, and looking to get the most out of their internship experience
• Be receiving college credit to participate in this internship
• Be at least 18 years of age

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have:

Skills

Interns will assist with all levels of WTOV's production; including producing, directing, and shooting news. They will also learn all aspects of the broadcasting process.
