TMK2 PM Engineering Aide-Entry Level/Hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings; manage agendas, logistics, security clearance handling, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Create slide decks, graphics and supporting data for design and document reviews (working with engineering team); enforce templates and story-boarding standards for consistency.
• Lead ad-hoc meetings, moderate discussions, capture action items, assign owners and monitor closure.
• Identify gaps, draft/revise procedures, checklists, and work instructions; provide brief training or reference guides.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Liaise with program management, hardware, software, integration, and test teams.
• Documentation & Records Management – Keep meeting minutes, action logs, and review artifacts current.
• Support Senior Leadership – Prepare concise status briefs, risk assessments and dashboards for Program Management Leadership.
• Staffing – Work with Product Line Leads (PLLs) and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to ensure staffing information is accurate and plan is executed on time.

• Basic understanding of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) principles as well as the ability to interpret, generate, and present technical material and problem solve.
• Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Jira, Confluence).
