TMG Operations Analyst - TMG Financial (Days)

About the role

TMG Operations Analyst will provide assistance to the VP of Finance and Analytics and the management team of TMG.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation for TMG Finance reporting and TMG Population Health reporting initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reporting within Epic.
• Develop and monitor dashboard reports for TMG population health, operations, and finance as appropriate.
• Analyze, synthesize information and develop findings to support the decision‑making process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• Two years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (required).
• Two years experience supporting a business intelligence reporting solution, population health, or healthcare finance.
• One year experience supporting reporting requests in the healthcare field (preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospital operations, patient management, system interrelationships, and how technology enables business processes (preferred).
• Experience analyzing business processes from a business intelligence perspective and using data to inform key metrics.
• Ability to apply core mathematical concepts to develop reports, forecasts, dashboards, and solutions to business problems.
• Experience working and collaborating in a team environment with supervision, following predetermined guidelines.
• Experience with Epic PB and Ambulatory.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to comprehend database methodology.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI strongly preferred).
• Experience with SQL or strong technical aptitude with ability to learn quickly.
