Workday Operations Analyst

Overview

The Workday Operations Analyst will support HR processes, business-as-usual (BAU), master data management, and operational Workday delivery across the company's portfolio. This hybrid role combines Level 2 support with system configuration across functional SKUs (including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits).

Responsibilities

• Support HR processes, business-as-usual (BAU), master data management, and operational Workday delivery across the company's portfolio.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, support business operations, and help deliver scalable Workday solutions in an Agile environment.
• Expand your Workday configuration expertise while learning from experienced system architects.
• Exposure to enterprise-level Workday projects supporting more than 13,000 associates across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Three or more years of hands-on experience supporting, processing, auditing, and troubleshooting Workday transactions.
• Experience with or foundational knowledge of Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, security groups, or related functionality.
• Proficiency creating and maintaining Workday reports and performing mass data updates using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Experience supporting Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, or Core HCM processes within Workday.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, or structured project delivery environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
