About the role
LDRM is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Portsmouth, NH. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and U.S. citizenship with a Secret clearance. Key responsibilities include leading change management projects, providing technical support, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management projects and continuous improvement exercises in support of the government customer and the program's mission
- Provide advice, assistance, guidance, research, and technical support in support of the government customer and program's mission
- Collect and analyze data and evaluation activities, contributing to and presenting research findings in report form
- Work independently or collaboratively, performing administrative tasks such as creating written summaries and reports, maintaining logs and records, and complying with legal and regulatory requirements
- Communicate complicated requirements, review and edit written documents, and work cooperatively with others
- May include working in other work environments as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or three (3) or more years of hands-on experience performing administrative, analytical, and project management functions
- U.S. citizenship
- Secret clearance
- Microsoft Office and Google Chrome proficiency
- Ability to evaluate incoming reports and information, identify relevant data sources, and analyze and interpret information from a variety of databases
- Experience with Power Automate, AutoHotKey, and/or other robotic process automation (RPA) applications is preferred
