Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and refine business needs related to Saviynt initiatives and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to align solution design with operational objectives.
• Review existing processes and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement within identity and access-related workflows.
• Create and maintain detailed business documentation, including requirement artifacts, process maps, user stories, and supporting analysis.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, and solution validation activities.
• Support implementation efforts by helping coordinate testing, documenting outcomes, and ensuring requirements are fully addressed.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify expectations, resolve questions, and maintain momentum across project deliverables.
• Provide analytical support for additional Saviynt-related work as new project demands emerge.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role supporting enterprise technology or platform implementation projects.
• Working knowledge of Saviynt or closely related identity governance and administration solutions.
• Strong capability in business analysis, requirements gathering, and gap assessment.
• Experience producing clear documentation and performing detailed document review for project deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Able to communicate effectively with both business users and technical stakeholders.
• Background in customer service or call center environments is helpful for understanding user support and operational workflows.
