Essential Functions

  • Aids in commercial account openings following all BSA, CIP, OFAC, and bank policies regarding new customer deposit account setups.
  • Monitors new account and Treasury Management documentation.
  • Maintains Treasury Management accounts through signer changes, address changes, check orders, debit card orders, and fraud claim submissions.
  • Collaborates with Treasury Management Sales Officers and/or management to resolve customer issues or complaints.
  • Understands the bank's financial services and specializes in Treasury products.
  • Supports fee reversals and account research as needed.
  • Complies with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act, including Customer Identification Program, customer due diligence procedures, identifying high-risk accounts, and reporting suspicious or fraudulent activities to the FIU department.
  • Completes all required bank compliance training in a timely manner.

Qualifications, Education, And Certification Requirements

  • Education: Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Comparable work experience.
  • Treasury Management Experience: Preferred.
  • Certifications/Specific Knowledge: MS Office expertise (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Project), ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, proven understanding of Treasury Management products, strong attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple detailed work assignments with high accuracy, must be a team player.
  • Training Requirements/Classes: On-the-job training with other Treasury Management team members. Required annual compliance training.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports.
  • This position requires a significant amount of time in front of a computer.
  • This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.

Work Environment

  • Located in a private office.
  • Telecommuting roles must have a secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions.
  • Must have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by cellular data (hot spot).
  • Cable or fiber connections are preferred.

Travel

  • This position may require some travel from time to time.
