TLC Program Manager

Job Summary

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and leadership development strategies, initiatives, and programs to build leadership capability within the organization. Your role will involve cultivating a robust pipeline of leaders and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify learning and development needs and solutions for specific executive or leadership roles;
• Design leadership development programs;
• Develop program curriculum, content, tools and processes to build leadership capability in alignment with organizational business objectives;
• Research and recommend leadership development best practices, instructional resources and technologies to support teaching and learning;
• Deliver best in class learning and leadership development experiences aligned with best practices to drive successful learning experiences;

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in relevant work;
• PREFERRED: Master's degree, preferably in Education, Leadership Development, OD Development, IOPsych, or similar.
