Northeast Title & Tag is a family-owned company serving communities across Northeast Pennsylvania with fast, friendly, and reliable title, tag, and registration services. What You'll Do

Aid customers with a variety of DMV-related services, including vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and more.

• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with PennDOT regulations.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with customers — both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain organized records and files in accordance with company and state guidelines.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer payments.
• Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office environment, where multitasking is a must.

Training & Growth Opportunities

• Cross-training available across four divisions: Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, and Pack & Send.
• Opportunity to obtain your insurance license if you’re interested in exploring a sales or customer advisor path.
• Notary Public certification is required within the first 90 days (we’ll help you get certified — if you’re already a Notary, even better!)

Preferred (but not required)

• Prior experience in a customer service, dealership, notary, or DMV-related role.
• Notary Public certification.
• Bilingual or multilingual.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire.

Compensation

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
