About the role

The Title Reviewer is responsible for reviewing the chain of title and ensuring the firm is clear to proceed with foreclosure.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing the chain of title
  • Identifying potential title issues
  • Reviewing and auditing loan origination documents
  • Communicating with clients, vendors, and borrowers
  • Updating and monitoring client systems
  • Updating internal Case Management System
  • Assisting with other duties and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Prior Title or Foreclosure experience preferred
  • Must be organized and multi-task oriented
  • Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
  • Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
  • Team player and willing to provide assistance in multiple areas whenever necessary
