Responsible for overseeing and implementing religious education programs for students at FRS Carlisle. Develops curriculum, coordinates with other departments, and ensures compliance with educational standards and religious guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement religious education programs for students
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with school goals
• Evaluate and update curriculum based on best practices and feedback
• Ensure all programs comply with educational standards and religious guidelines
• Oversee the hiring and training of religious education staff
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff in religious education areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in religious education or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of various religious traditions and beliefs
• Experience with curriculum development and implementation
