About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of land operations within Laramie County, Wyoming.
Responsibilities
- Oversee land acquisition and disposition activities
- Manage lease negotiations and administration
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate with legal and environmental teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land management
- Experience in Wyoming oil and gas industry preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of GIS software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
