Title Landman – Laramie County, WY (Hybrid)

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of land operations within Laramie County, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land acquisition and disposition activities
• Manage lease negotiations and administration
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Coordinate with legal and environmental teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land management
• Experience in Wyoming oil and gas industry preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of GIS software
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
