Job Description
The Title I Tutor position is responsible for providing academic support to students in grades K-12 who qualify for extra assistance under the Title I program. This includes individualized tutoring sessions, small group instruction, and collaboration with classroom teachers to enhance student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in education, special education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of state and federal educational standards
- Experience working with students in grades K-12
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Master’s degree in education or related field
- Experience with Title I programs
- Teaching certification or license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
