About the Role
This is a para-professional support staff position within Region Two of the Clark County School District, working at Elaine Wynn Elementary School.
Responsibilities
- Assist certified staff in providing instructional support to students.
- Help implement lesson plans and educational activities under the direction of a teacher.
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed.
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Assist with classroom management and student supervision.
- Perform clerical duties such as preparing materials, grading assignments, and maintaining records.
- Support students with special needs as required.
- Assist with the supervision of students during non-instructional times (e.g., lunch, recess, transitions).
