About the Role

This is a full-time, day position within the Para-Professional/Aides/Assistants job category, supporting educational programs in Region Two of the Clark County School District.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified staff in the implementation of instructional programs and student supervision.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students under the direction of a licensed teacher.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment.
• Perform clerical duties such as preparing materials, recording data, and operating instructional equipment.
• Assist with student behavior management and reinforcement of classroom rules.
• Support students with special needs as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Participate in professional development and training sessions as required.
