Primary Location: North Las Vegas – Squires, C.P. Elementary School

About the Role

This para-professional position supports students in the Autism program at an elementary school within Region Three.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with autism.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, including academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance.
• Help students with daily living skills, communication, and sensory regulation as needed.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with special education staff, therapists, and families to support student progress.
• Assist with data collection, documentation, and reporting related to student performance and behavior.
