Responsibilities

• Supporting students in academic and social development
• Assisting teachers with lesson plans and classroom management
• Providing supervision and care for children during school hours
• Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for all students
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 48 credit hours from an accredited college or university
• A passing score on the Educational Testing Service (ETS) para-pro assessment
• Experience working with children
• Current CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or a similar organization
