This is a para-professional support staff position located at Harley Harmon Elementary School in Las Vegas. The role is part of the Title I program for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified staff in providing instructional support to students.
• Help implement lesson plans and educational activities under the supervision of a teacher.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management and student behavior monitoring.
• Perform clerical duties such as preparing materials, grading assignments, and maintaining records.
• Support students with special needs as directed by the teacher or special education staff.
