Program: Least Restrictive Environment (One-on-one Assistant)
9-month position, 7 hours per day

About the Role

This position provides one-on-one support to students within the Least Restrictive Environment program at C. J. Keller Elementary School in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Assist assigned student(s) with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs as outlined in their Individualized Education Program (IEP).
• Implement strategies and accommodations to support student inclusion in the general education setting.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other school staff to ensure student progress.
• Document student progress and communicate regularly with the IEP team.
• Assist with personal care needs as required (e.g., toileting, feeding, mobility).
