Title I Educational Assistant (Tier I) supporting elementary education programs at John R. Hummel ES.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher with instructional activities and student supervision.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students under teacher direction.
• Prepare instructional materials and classroom displays.
• Monitor student behavior and reinforce positive conduct.
• Assist with record-keeping, attendance, and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings.
