About the Role

This is a para-professional/aide/assistant position supporting educational programs at the elementary school level (Title I). The role is classified as a day job within Region Three of the school district.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified staff in delivering instructional support to students.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance under the direction of the classroom teacher.
• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and other student support plans.
• Monitor and supervise students in various school settings (classrooms, playgrounds, cafeterias, etc.).
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom preparation, materials distribution, and record-keeping as needed.
