Title I Math Intervention Teacher
Summary/Objective

The Math Intervention Teacher will work with students to enhance their achievement in courses, benchmark assessments, and state assessments.
About the Role
The Math Intervention Teacher will collaborate with students to bridge academic gaps and improve performance on various assessments. They will analyze data from state, district, and classroom sources, develop personalized learning plans, and ensure timely communication with parents regarding their child's performance and progress.
Responsibilities
- Meet with students in small groups and 1:1 sessions to address learning gaps.
- Analyze state, district, and classroom data to inform teaching strategies.
- Accelerate academic performance through targeted instructional strategies.
- Support benchmark and state assessment administration and reporting.
- Provide documentation and tracking tools for eligible students.
- Engage with students, parents, and staff through various forms of communication.
- Perform other duties as directed by School Administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with Michigan Teaching Certification in the assigned area.
- Pre-service experience, as required for certification.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Google Sheets, Chat, Meet, Slides, Email).

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a full-time, remote position with a schedule between 8am and 4pm, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed to complete required tasks.
