About the role

Para-Professional/Aide/Assistant position (Aide for Teacher) at Swainston, Theron Middle School in North Las Vegas. This is a 9‑month, 7‑hour per day regular schedule with standard day shift.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent (GED, foreign equivalency, etc.)
• Minimum of 48 credit hours from an accredited college or university OR a passing score on the Educational Testing Service (ETS) ParaPro assessment

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid driver’s license or state‑issued identification card
• Current CPR/AED certificate from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or similar organization
• Certification must be maintained for the duration of the assignment
• Training must be in‑person with a hands‑on component; online courses are not accepted
• Copy of the front and back of the CPR/AED certificate must be uploaded with the application

Work Location & Schedule

• Primary location: North Las Vegas
• Work site: Swainston, Theron MS (Region One)
• Schedule: Regular, standard day shift
• Contract: 9 months, 7 hours per day
