About the role

The primary responsibility is to support students in academic and social-emotional development at Eldorado High School. This includes assisting teachers, managing student behavior, and providing a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Support students in their academic progress through one-on-one tutoring and group sessions.
• Assist teachers with classroom management and ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with youth in a supportive role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
