About the Role
A remote position focused on reviewing title issues and assisting clients with curative actions. The specialist will analyze issues, notify the title claims team, and maintain clear communication with clients regarding progress. Detailed note-taking on all curative actions is essential.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze title issues.
- Assist clients in curing title-related problems.
- Notify the title claims team of identified issues.
- Maintain clear and consistent client communication regarding curative progress.
- Document detailed notes on all curative actions taken.
Requirements
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred.
