We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about Rich's (company description). Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company"? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" containing description of role purpose and maybe company overview? The purpose statement: "The Controls Technician 3 will maintain all of the plant and production electrical and control systems. This includes electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and network sub-systems. The Technician will be responsible to train and to coordinate the efforts of Maintenance Technicians on all shifts and assist as necessary in troubleshooting and documentation of root cause failure analyses. Work by direction from the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Planner and/or Maintenance Manager, ensuring that the maintenance and production schedules are adhered to." That's role purpose. Then "Key Accountabilities And Outcomes" list bullet points. Those are responsibilities/duties. Then "Knowledge, Skills, And Experience" list bullet points. Those are qualifications/skills. Then "Compensation" section: includes statement about compensation and range: Annual Range/Hourly Rate $36.00 - $36.00 (so fixed $36/hour). Also mention "In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation... reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location." We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. Yes, they give a range. So we can have

Pay

with

containing that info. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule heading. Benefits: Not mentioned. No benefits. So skip. Qualifications vs Skills: The "Knowledge, Skills, And Experience" could be split into Qualifications and Skills. But we can just use one heading like "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose appropriate ones. We have responsibilities (Key Accountabilities). We have requirements/qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Experience). We could separate into Requirements and Skills but we can combine into one section "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Probably better to have "Requirements" for the list. We also have "About the role" maybe include company description and purpose statement. Could also have a brief "About the role" containing purpose statement. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Controls Technician 3. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip the EEO paragraph, the accommodation paragraph, the hrhelp@rich.com line, etc. Also remove duplicated lines: The compensation paragraph repeats "Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”), are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity..." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also remove the line about "The information collected by this application is solely to determine suitability for employment..." etc. Also remove the accommodation paragraph. Also remove the "Please contact Rich’s Associate Experience Network at hrhelp@rich.com if you need assistance completing this application or to otherwise participate in the application process." Also remove the "Compensation In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location." Actually that's part of compensation; we need to keep the compensation info but we can keep the sentence that describes the estimate and factors. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep that sentence as part of Pay section. But we need to remove the EEO boilerplate that appears after compensation. The compensation paragraph includes the sentence about estimate and factors; after that there is EEO statement. We'll keep the compensation sentence(s) and drop the EEO. Thus Pay section: maybe a

containing: "In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location. Annual Range/Hourly Rate $36.00 - $36.00" We could combine. Now About the role: Could include company description and purpose statement. The company description: "Rich’s, also known as Rich Products Corporation, is a family-owned food company dedicated to inspiring possibilities. From cakes and icings to pizza, appetizers and specialty toppings, our products are used in homes, restaurants and bakeries around the world. Beyond great food, our customers also gain insights to help them stay competitive, no matter their size. Our portfolio includes creative solutions geared at helping food industry professionals compete in foodservice, retail, in-store bakery, deli, and prepared foods, among others. With more than 13,500 associates working globally in 100 countries and annual sales of $5.9 billion, Rich’s is a global leader with a focus on everything that family makes possible. Rich’s®—Infinite Possibilities. One Family. This position is with Great Kitchens, Inc., part of the Rich Products family of companies." That's substantive about the company and the position's affiliation. We'll put that in About the role. Purpose Statement: "The Controls Technician 3 will maintain all of the plant and production electrical and control systems. This includes electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and network sub-systems. The Technician will be responsible to train and to coordinate the efforts of Maintenance Technicians on all shifts and assist as necessary in troubleshooting and documentation of root cause failure analyses. Work by direction from the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Planner and/or Maintenance Manager, ensuring that the maintenance and production schedules are adhered to." We can include that also in About the role or maybe separate? But we only have headings list; we could put purpose under About the role as well. Responsibilities: The "Key Accountabilities And Outcomes" bullet list. We'll convert each line to

  • inside
. Requirements/Knowledge, Skills, And Experience: bullet list. We'll convert each line to
    • . We need to ensure we don't include filler like "Must be able to create notifications and input time on work orders" etc. Those are substantive. We must not include headings with empty content. Now produce HTML fragment:
