Key Responsibilities
- Aid the Closer in all aspects of the real estate closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Daily monitoring of incoming orders to include entry & distribution to appropriate parties.
- Prepare and review closing documents, including ordering title and municipal lien searches, surveys, and HOA Estoppel letters.
- Cook up and communicate with all parties involved to resolve any issues or questions that may arise during the closing process.
- Track and monitor closing timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Closing Processor or similar role in the real estate or title insurance industry.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology, title processing, closing procedures, and industry requirements.
- Understanding of the entire closing process.
- Experience working in a title agency is required.
- Excellent customer service abilities with clear communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy.
- Familiarity with Ramquest and SoftPro is a plus.
- Familiarity with working in a paperless environment.
- Bilingual is a benefit.
- Must be a Notary.
