Job Duties
- Process vehicle title work accurately and efficiently
- Research and resolve missing or incorrect title documentation in a timely manner
- Complete applications to transfer title ownership
- Review, enter, and record title information into the ASI operating system
- Maintain accurate customer and title databases
- Provide customer support via phone, email, mail, and in-person interactions
- Complete assigned inventory reduction tasks and provide updates to Sales and Account Management
- Communicate issues or discrepancies promptly to ensure timely resolution
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 2–3 years of state and/or national title processing experience (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience with title and salvage title requirements (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work in a typical office environment
- A strong work ethic and team mindset
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
