About the role
The six-week intensive workforce development program is designed to introduce participants to a broad range of occupations within the construction industry. The program will focus on the NCCER Craft Labor curriculum in alignment with upcoming trades. Each selected participant will gain a foundational understanding of essential skills and career pathways in construction.
Responsibilities
- Attend ALL classroom training
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a Basic Assessment Skill exam
- Live in Northern Middle Tennessee
- Be a U.S. Citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S.
- Be 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or High School equivalency
- Read, hear, and understand instructions in English
