Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of paper machines to meet production, quality, and cost targets.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs (efficiency, downtime, waste, energy use).
• Drive root‑cause problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams on outages, trials, and upgrades.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of paper mill or industrial manufacturing experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of paper machine operations and process control systems.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and drive continuous improvement.

Pay

Up to $120,000 / year
