Capital City College is looking for a skilled TIS Service Engineer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London. About The Role This role is offered on a full time, permeant basis To provide a professional, customer focussed, efficient and comprehensive TIS service delivery to the business, by providing second line technical support to our customers as trusted advisors. To work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve our practices; to provide effective support to satisfactory completion in line with department SLAs and ITIL best practice; identifying and resolving issues promptly; and acting as an ambassador for the service. You should bring: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiencyClear and professional communication skillsA proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adaptA broad understanding of Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks.Significant experience of working within a Service Level Agreement (SLA) environment and achieving SLA targetsMost importantly, you’ll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
