Responsibilities
- Primary Duties will be to Mount and Balance Tires and Alignments
- As an hourly tech your role is to help the shop in all ways
- Affix cars on test drives after work has been performed
- Assist in keeping the shop area clean and free of trash
- Operate independently and as a team member
- Ensures the customer’s needs are understood
Requirements
- Les Schwab, Tire Rack, Costco Tire would be experience we are looking for.
- Communication skills – communicates effectively with others
- Friendly, personable, clean cut, focused on customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others
- Punctual, takes all required breaks and does not accrue overtime without permission
- Basic computer skills
