About the Role
Welcome to Love’s! Tire Technicians take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in both shop and roadside service settings. They also handle equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties. The role requires moving, lifting up to 75 pounds, working in various temperatures, and always prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction while adhering to company safety policies and procedures. Rotating schedules between day and night shifts are common.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service settings.
- Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts as needed.
- Able to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
Requirements
- Ability to move, lift up to 75 pounds, and work in close quarters.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- Pass a DOT medical exam.
