Tire Technician

The Tire Technician at Belle Tire is the core of our business and a great starting point to a rewarding career. You will provide expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations, while ensuring all work meets our high-quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair preferred

Qualifications

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds
• Work Environment: Based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.

Pay

$15 - $17.50 / hour

Schedule

Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime.
