Tire Technician

About the role

The Tire Technician at Belle Tire is the core of our business, responsible for providing expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations. This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store with varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, and may involve some overtime. The role requires a passion for working on cars, a commitment to delivering outstanding service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements

• 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds

Pay

$15 - $17.50 / hour

Schedule

Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime.
