Your Role
You’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues. You’ll communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed, and ensure reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts. Compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements will also be your responsibility.
Qualifications
- Active U.S. license and board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or NCCPA (for Physician Assistants)
- Specialties include, but are not limited to, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine
